Hi All
Just in case you didn't know, we have a demo Left 4 Dead server to play on, details are below, time to dust off the Steam account and give it a try, Unfortunately there is only just 1 and a half days left to play the demo, but it is well worth purchasing.

• Zombie Server Changed to Gungame |

As of 12am 11th of September 2008 the Zombie Mod 12 Player Server has been switched to run the Call of Duty 4 Gungame mod until further notice. This is mainly due to lack of interest since there are stability issues with the current version of the Zombie mod which causes the server to shut down if no one is playing in it. This meant the server was frequently offline during the daytime.
The Gungame mod is very stable and very playable, we will see how things go and I will be keeping an eye on developments on the Zombie mod as to when a solution is found for the stability issue. |

Sticky with updates from IW regarding the issue: www.infinityward.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13811
It seems there is a major problem with the Master Code Servers for Call of Duty 4 gaming servers. Some servers are able to connect but a high percentage cannot connect and therefore can't authenticate players key codes to allow them to connect. It appears to be a world wide problem not just in the UK. See the link: www.infinityward.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13618 for more information.
Unfortunately both ={FH}= servers are affected at this time, more news will be posted as soon as we know more. |
