Foxhound Clan ={FH}= Is a Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare clan, we currently provide 2 gaming servers for our members and public to play on which are funded entirely by donations from clan members. We are a non-profit organisation and currently have no sponsors. We play friendly matches on ranked, un-modded servers but we have not decided which league, if any, we will play in yet.
Foxhound Clan originally started as a Day of Defeat clan, more information about the original formation of the clan can be found on the 'History' link in the main menu. Moving forward we will continue to play Call of Duty 4 until something as good or better comes along that we find challenging, possibly Call of Duty 5 when it is released.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the clan and wish to play matches with us, it would help if we have seen you play on one of our servers, then once we have got to know you a little you can send a request for membership via the 'Join Us' form. Generally our members are over 18, but we sometimes accept requests from under 18's who play well and are mature for their age, this is at the discretion of the clan leaders.
Administration for our servers is only given to selected few clan members, who have proved they can be responsible and have donated greatly to the upkeep of the servers we run. Please do not expect to join the clan and donate £5 and immediately be given administration rights, this will not happen until you have been a member for at least 3 months and have proved you are responsible and can be trusted.
Being a member of Foxhound Clan is mainly about the friendship/common interest aspect, we do 'train' for matches, but it is not as formal as some clans, so if you prefer that kind of formality within a clan then this is probably not the one for you. We are all very good friends and while playing we communicate via a Teamspeak VoIP server which is provided free for all clan members. This allows us to work more effectively as a team and therefore anyone wishing to join us will need to have a working microphone, otherwise what's the point of being in a clan?
So, if you enjoy playing CoD4 with friends and can spare an hour or two most evenings to get online with us, let us know you are interested in one of our servers and then fill in the Join Us form on this site.
