Foxhound Clan ={FH}= has been together since founded by JJFury in December 2004, originally playing Day of Defeat 1.3 we joined the Enemy Down European Ladder and had a lot of success and at it's peak the clan boasted 30 active members. The main core of the clan then migrated to Day of Defeat Source when it was released in 2006 and quickly adapted to the new style of play and continued the success in Enemy Down.
We ran a very popular GunGame Day of Defeat Source server, open to the public and funded entirely on donations from the clan members, along with a standard server for matches and training but which was also open to the public at all other times.
Sadly though, Day of Defeat lost it's appeal due to very few updates from the development team and in July 2008 we switched our servers over to Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare. The game became very popular with most clan members when it was released and it was only a matter of time before the entire clan switched to this fast paced and superior multiplayer game.
During the 4 years of Foxhound we have seen many clan members come and go, some went on to create thier own successful clans, others sadly no longer play but they know they are always welcome back.
The Foxhound Clan still meets regularly for training every Sunday evening and we are currently recruiting new members for our Call of Duty 4 team. |
